You can order popular Jellycat products through me, even if they are not in stock right now. All these products have already been ordered from the supplier.

I will send you an update with the expected delivery date if possible. The demand for Jellycat is very high, and delivery can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months – in rare cases up to a year.

The supplier receives very limited information about delivery times from the Jellycat factory, and often notification that the goods are on their way comes completely without warning.

If Jellycat is unable to deliver the item, I will contact you so you can choose another product or receive a full refund. You can cancel at any time and receive a 100% refund.

Safety and quality

All Jellycat products are CE marked and suitable from birth (unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer). They are soft, safe, and loved by both young and old.

Can I postpone payment?

Yes! You can choose Klarna and easily postpone the payment date in the app. In some cases, I can postpone the payment via my side, but a small fee will apply.
