Why do you offer pre-orders on Jellycat?
Many of the most popular Jellycat products quickly sell out or are not offered in Norway. Pre-ordering allows you to secure highly sought-after products that are otherwise difficult to obtain.
How long is the waiting time?
The waiting time varies. If an expected delivery date is stated on the product, that date applies. If an ETA is not available, you should expect a delivery time of 3–6 months.
When will I be charged for the pre-order?
You pay upon ordering. This ensures that the product is reserved for you.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel at any time and receive a full refund.
How do I get updates?

What happens if Jellycat cancels a product?
If a product is cancelled or not delivered, you will receive a full refund.
Why can it take a long time?
Jellycat has very high global demand, and many products are produced in limited series. Production and deliveries are managed directly from the factory, and delivery time depends on capacity and queue.
How do I know when my product is coming?
As soon as the item arrives at the warehouse, it will be shipped the same day or no later than the next business day. You will receive tracking information via email.

Yes. All Jellycat products at Bamsedyra.no are 100% original and supplied via an authorised Norwegian distributor.
